I have spent so much money investing in Chan Luu jewelry. Her designs are beautiful and so original. I love how she incorporates leather into her pieces. The thing about her stuff is it is pricey. A wrap bracelet can easily set you back $250. I made a couple things inspired by her jewelry. I think my work is similar to something she would do. Now that I have spent many hours on these 2 bracelets I totally get why she charges so much. The materials are not cheap, but the time it takes to make one bracelet is the ticket. It takes hours to wrap the beads onto the leather. Here are my Chan Luu inspired creations...
